"I work with all Lincolnshire NHS Trusts, Primary Care and patients to make the diabetes services in Lincolnshire as accessible, effective, consistent and sustainable as possible.  

 "I joined the NHS seven years ago working in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.  There was a lot of opportunity in my division to progress and roles became available that enabled me to work widely within my organisation and then eventually at a system level. 

 "The NHS never stands still and is always evolving and transitioning, bringing so much opportunity with it.  I get to expand my skills and experience with on the job learning while implementing new, supportive ways of working that significantly benefit people who access our service".
