7th June 2019

Following the Healthy Conversation 2019 engagement event which took place in Grantham in March, Lincolnshire NHS is now inviting patients, local residents and staff to discuss some of their comments and feedback in more detail.

The Healthy Conversation 2019 workshop will take place at The Jubilee Centre, 6pm-8pm on Wednesday 19th June. Attendees, who are required to pre-book, will discuss the proposed urgent treatment centre and travel and transport with senior clinicians.

Dr Dave Baker, GP Chair, South West Lincolnshire CCG, said: “We have had valuable feedback from residents in the Grantham area and would now like to offer an opportunity to discuss these two specific issues in more focus.

“This will enable us to understand patient and public views about the emerging options in greater depth, and work with attendees to consider all of the suggestions which have been made.”

There are limited spaces at the workshop and, if over-subscribed, places will be allocated by ballot and a waiting list will be used to fill any cancellations. In addition to the workshops, staff from Lincolnshire’s NHS will be out and about in the local area, talking to the public about Healthy Conversation 2019.

If you would like to attend please email your name and a contact number to lhnt.hc2019@nhs.net or phone 01522 307307 by 5 pm on 13/06/2019. You will receive confirmation of your place by return email, or over the phone, by 5 pm on 14/06/2019.

For people with questions, who are unable to attend, we invite you to submit any questions you may have in writing, and we will ask them on your behalf. We will post the answers on our website. Please submit your questions by 5pm on 17/06/2019.
