First Contact for Lincolnshire

First Contact Online is an innovative website, which provides information on a range of topics that may help an older person to remain safe and well in their own home.

This includes:

• crime prevention;
• staying safe at home;
• benefits and money;
• energy advice;
• health; and
• living with long term conditions.

There is also an electronic version of the First Contact checklist which can be completed by both customers and professionals. The checklist is a series of questions that help identify which services may be of benefit to the customer, when the checklist is submitted the relevant organisations contact the customer within 28 days to offer information and advice on their services.
The website also has an events section where community groups can upload their events. The events are then searchable by postcode.
